I’ve read books, magazines and listened to seasoned trainers that I work with, but I’m so confused. I know that lifting weights is going to burn more calories throughout the Powerlifting because I hate cardio and eat like a fat kid shirt compared to just cardio. I know that muscles don’t weigh more than fat but that muscles are smaller than fat. So here’s the problem I’m having not with just my clients but with myself, what is the best workout? Is it just lifting weights or is something like a boot camp training better? For me personally, I can eat healthily.

I have hypothyroid Hashimoto’s so should I be working out more and harder? Last week I worked out for six days. Four days weights, with some cardio and then two days of cardio with no results. I know it’s going to take time but I should have seen some results, Powerlifting because I hate cardio and eat like a fat kid shirt? My clients are also having issues with losing weight, which might have to do with their diets and how much they are working out and what they are doing when working out, who knows. I do get worried if they don’t see results they might drop me as their trainer.
